"HonDashi Reduced Salt" uses abundant dried bonito flakes, carefully smoked by bonito flake artisans, and incorporates the delicious salt-reducing technology "Yasashio" along with two salt-reducing ingredients (organic acids and amino acids). Additionally, by using dried bonito flakes that contain components which retain aroma even when simmered, the flavor is intensified, achieving a 60% reduction in salt content (compared to HonDashi, based on salt equivalent). Ajinomoto HonDashi Reduced Salt 100g (50g×2 bags) features a rich, savory bonito broth flavor that enhances the taste of dishes. It is suitable for miso soups, simmered dishes, mixed rice, and various other recipes. Recommended for those who want to reduce salt intake for health reasons or for cooking for children. *This product contains potassium.

Introduction to Ajinomoto's Reduced Salt Series: "Yasashio," "Ajinomoto KK Consommé" (low salt), and "Whole Chicken Bone Soup" (low salt) are among the reduced salt seasonings available.

Storage Instructions: ● After opening, seal tightly and store at room temperature in a dry place.

Ingredients: Seasoning (amino acids, etc.), sugars (lactose, sugar), flavoring ingredients (dried bonito powder, bonito extract), salt, yeast extract, wheat protein fermented seasoning, polyglutamic acid.

Usage: Add 1 level teaspoon (4g) to 600ml of water or hot water (about 3 cups).
