SINGLE USE FILTERING HALF MASK X 100 V FFP1 NR D STANDARDS AND CERTIFICATES PN-EN 149+A1:2010 CE 1437 Certificate: WE/S/1824/2011 INTENDED USE The X 100 V FFP1 NR D filtering half mask is intended to protect the respiratory system against aerosols of particles solids, water-based aerosols (dust, smoke) and aerosols with a liquid dispersed phase (mists) for which the OEL is ≥2 mg/m3, provided that the concentration of the dispersed phase does not exceed 4 x OEL. EXAMPLE APPLICATIONS agricultural and food industry, non-toxic dusts, use in quarries, cement plants, in the wood industry when processing softwood (coniferous), in particular for dusts such as calcium carbonate, natural and synthetic graphite, gypsum, chalk, cement, plaster, marble, zinc oxide, plant pollen, cellulose, sulfur, cotton, ferrous metal filings, coal dust containing less than 10% free silica. CONTRAINDICATIONS This half mask does not supply oxygen. Does not provide respiratory protection in conditions of oxygen deficiency (below 19%). It should not be used in small spaces, especially unventilated spaces, such as canals, manholes, tanks, etc. The half mask does not protect against contamination in the form of gas vapours and mists of substances harmful to health and hazardous to life. Do not use if the type, concentration and properties of the harmful substances are unknown. Do not use when extinguishing fires. The half mask does not provide a tight seal if worn on an unshaven or bearded face. Thanks to its anatomical shape, nose clip, and underlying foam, the half mask is easy to fit most face shapes to ensure the necessary seal.
