POLYNOR PRO 750 ml is a modern PUR spray foam for performing thermal and acoustic insulation inside and outside buildings. The product allows for self-insulation without the use of machines – application is done using a standard foam gun. The spray-applied form allows for the reduction of thermal bridges and accurately fills gaps and hard-to-reach areas.
The 14-piece starter set contains:

Efficiency (approximately):
- Approx. 5 m² at a thickness of 5 cm from the whole set

For 1 can: Approx. 1 m² / 5 cm or approx. 2 m² / 2.5 cm. Actual performance depends on working conditions and correct application.

Application:
Insulation of walls, ceilings, floors, facades, garages, technical rooms, structural elements, and places requiring quick and airtight insulation. Suitable for substrates such as concrete, brick, wood, chipboard, PVC and plaster.
Application parameters (recommended):
- can temperature: 18–25°C
- air temperature: 10–30°C
- substrate temperature: 10–30°C
- surface drying time: Approx. 40 min
- full curing: Approx. 24 hours
Abbreviated user manual:
Clean the substrate of dust, dirt, and grease. Porous materials (e.g.. concrete, brick, plaster, wood) gently moisten with water; smooth surfaces (metal, glass, plastic) do not wet. Bring the can to room temperature, shake well ok. 20 times, screw onto the gun and attach the included nozzle to the gun barrel (firmly, to click). Spray from a distance of 30–45 cm. Do not apply a layer thicker than approx.. 4 cm (Approx. 5 cm after expansion). Apply subsequent layers after approx.. 40 minutes, moistening the previous layer with water. After finishing work, clean the gun thoroughly with a cleaner.
Safety notes:
Work in a well-ventilated area, avoid open flames and sources of ignition. Protect the surroundings from dirt during spraying.
