Too small

Hello, In this order, on the website, I had selected 5 cotton t-shirts. Unfortunately, upon delivery, out of the 5, only 2 t-shirts were made of cotton.. Furthermore, of the 2 cotton t-shirts, 1 was cut really too short; it does not match the dimensions indicated on the site.. I am very disappointed with this order. I was supposed to place other orders but I'm having second thoughts. Especially if, with every order, the items don't match.. This one is too short, it's missing at least 20 cm in length. I am asking for a full refund, thank you. Could you give me some feedback to convince me to stay on this site "JOOM"? Let's get a little serious ! Cordially,
