The MC5 PRO is a mini audio mixer with four 3.5mm inputs, one 3.5mm AUX output, and a 3.5mm headphone jack output, allowing you to mix signals from CD players, musical instruments, portable recording devices, video playback devices, and more.
With one main output volume knob and four independent input volume knobs, you can control the levels of the four inputs separately without interfering with each other, providing high quality sound even at maximum output levels.
The MC5 PRO has two operating modes to meet different requirements: 1. Active mode: Requires an independent USB power supply. The built-in audio amplifier chip amplifies the mixed audio signal to provide greater power output. Headphones can be connected via a 3.5mm headphone jack for direct listening. 2. Passive mode: No external power supply is required.
MC5 PRO operates in pure resistive attenuation mode, so the output audio signal will be slightly attenuated. Also, the headphone jack output cannot directly drive headphones. A headphone amplifier is required.
Note: 1. In active mode, please power the MC5 Pro using an independent USB power source. The same power source cannot be shared with other audio devices, otherwise, ground noise will be generated. 2. The 3.5mm headphone jack output has priority. When headphones are inserted, the 3.5mm AUX output on the rear panel will automatically disconnect.
