I have been sent the wrong item! I ordered the Innisfree x KUROMI facial pads, but received Innisfree x Looney Tunes facial pads. This is not what I purchased! I have been trying to reach a customer support assistant with no success. When I have tried your chat help, no one has responded. When I've tried your online help form, when I try to submit my message, I just get a message saying "Oops, something went wrong"! This is very frustrating! Would a customer support representative pleasee get in touch with me, or I will have to take this matter further. I want a full refund, as this is not what I ordered!

i've been looking for this oil everywhere for ages and turns out they've changed the name and package! i nearly freaked out when i saw different bottles in the package, but after reading a letter from the seller which they've kindly left in the package i can confirm that it is the same oil i've been using before - it smells the same and feels on the hair same as well. makes my hair shiny and soft and the smell is absolutely amazing ✨️

This is my second bottle and it does miracles for the face. The smell is nice and it applies very easily and evenly. Good quality product. Paid 20% more, now available cheaper on the same site. Shipping took quite long at almost 20 days. Could have been quicker. Will reconsider other options before ordering from this seller, as 'expensive and slow shipping'. Not very impressed.

Love it. Usually I don’t us product from the same brand as they tend to have similar ingredients. But not their one - combination of the stick and ampole - amazing (40+ age)

So long so far I like this cream. It feels rather occlusive and suits my dry skin perfectly. A big thank you for the sell seller. I was really pleased by the present!!!
