It lets air out, you inflate it, and it deflates within five minutes. It's sewn from very thin raincoat fabric, the kind used for cheap raincoats, and a regular plastic bag is inserted inside. It's not even the material used for inflatable rings, but regular cellophane.

Took off a star because when inflated, the lounger is not stable and it feels like you're lying on the ground. Otherwise, the lounger itself is well-made. Thinking about where to use it.
