An excellent product, aesthetically made, with a comfortable carrying handle. I don't know how long it stays warm, but after 3 hours the soup was piping hot. Unfortunately, poorly packed and not properly secured for transport.
With use it loses its color, but its effectiveness is excellent.. It keeps food warm for many hours. It was found that when opening it after 6 am, the food burned.
It's bad I ordered 3 blue ones and a silver color but I received 4 blue ones I'm not happy whatever 😡😡
